The HE landscape in the digital age is changing. Many organisations and institutions have already embarked on system change initiatives from new learning technologies to facilities and infrastructures and organisational transformation. The way we work is changing on every front.

We will be at the upcoming UCISA events to join the conversation and share our experience of business and technology transformation at the University of London.

UCISA CISG-PCMG17 Annual Conference

November 8 - November 10, The Midland, Manchester

The CISG-PCMG17 is a joint conference run by Corporate Information System Group (CISG) in partnership with the Project and Change Management Group (PCMG). This year's conference theme is about exploring all aspects of delivering change in our organisations.

This represents a great opportunity to meet and network with your peers and partners. Our team will be on hand to chat about our solutions from digital research technology to VLE platforms, and to show you how our Managed Services have helped many organisations reach their goals.

UCISA October London Meeting

18 October,  WMC - The Camden College, London

Our colleagues Steve Knibbs, Head of Hosting Services, and Jane McQuilkin, Senior Project Manager, will be at UCISA London October Meeting presenting our own experience of business transformation through the ambitious Programme Beveridge.

The Programme Beveridge is a University-wide activity-based working project focusing on staff empowerment. It aims at enabling people to work in the most effective way for their benefit and that of the University, providing innovative academic services and infrastructures. The main objectives are:

  • Release academic space;
  • Enable staff to work in a way that meets their own needs as well as the needs of the organisation;
  • Improve staff productivity: new and faster technology;
  • Enhance communication and collaboration between departments.

This business transformation has resulted in about 350 staff transitioning from roles based at fixed desks into a more flexible way of operating.
